I've been beta testing Loudcaster for quite some time. 10 Gigs of AutoDJ (better than most streaming hosts) plus this DJ bot allows you to set it to not repeat an artist for whatever you want, Don't repeat song for X minutes,Don't play songs from the same album for X minutes. You can use SAM broadcaster or Winamp with Edcast DSP and your Royalty license is already covered (Your Legal).
